I had a fantastic stay at Swissotel Sochi Kamelia. The spacious rooms with two beds were perfect for my needs. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive, making me feel so welcome. The breakfast served at BAO restaurant on the top floor was absolutely delicious. The well-maintained and green surroundings of the resort were a delight. I also treated myself to a fantastic massage on the beach, which I highly recommend. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

While my stay was mostly positive, there were a few minor drawbacks. Checking the time in my room was a bit difficult, and the lighting system was a bit complicated to navigate.

Poor housekeeping and beach services, with limited shade available and long waits for drinks. Check-in took a long time despite our early arrival, and we were disappointed that the room we booked was smaller than the standard room.

Excellent hotel with clean, spacious rooms, comfortable decor, and a warm atmosphere. Helpful and polite staff who speak English. Tasty breakfast and a nice touch of Champagne on arrival. Swimming pool with music-playing speakers and a private beach. Beautifully maintained gardens. Recommend taking taxis for city trips.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, great breakfast, and amazing location near the sea. The hotel had a warm and homey feel. The staff speaks English, which made communication easy- it was refreshing. I loved starting my day with an exceptional breakfast spread. The hotel's pool was clean and well-kept, and the beach was within walking distance- perfect for an early morning walk on the beach.

Spent Easter at a beachfront hotel that offers an open-air heated pool and great food. the staff was quite friendly and accommodating, which was a plus. the rooms were very comfortable and offered a great view of the beach, which was the perfect location for our holiday. We also enjoyed the massage services offered on the beach, which was a great way to unwind.

The cleanliness of the beach was not up to par. the sand was littered with plastic and other debris.

This hotel provides luxurious amenities that make the stay extra special, such as a very relaxing Spa & wellness centre and a fabulous Swimming pool. the room advantages here are exclusive and what you need for an exceptional stay, with private facilities to make you feel pampered throughout your stay. the service is impeccable, with staff always willing to assist with every need. the location advantages are hard to beat, with serene surroundings and a stunning view.

The only slight negative here is that sometimes, the Sauna may not be up to the standards expected from a 5-star hotel. Nevertheless, this minor issue is overshadowed by all the positive aspects that make this venue an excellent choice.
